Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on KitaKore. It applies to all users and to everything published through the platform. Breaking these rules can lead to removal of content, restrictions on your account, suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use KitaKore to publish, link to or help others with any of the following.

Illegal Activity

Content or activity that breaks any applicable local, state, national or international law, including selling or promoting illegal goods or services.

Fraud and Deception

Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, fraudulent fundraising, misleading ways of making money, impersonating a person or organization, stealing credentials, or anything else meant to deceive visitors.

Malware and Security Abuse

Malware, viruses or spyware; gaining or trying to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; interfering with KitaKore's infrastructure; abusing our APIs; getting around technical limits or rate limits; or trying to get around a suspension or other enforcement action.

Harmful Conduct

Credible threats, harassment, targeted abuse, exploitation, and hateful conduct that our platform rules prohibit. Some of what we prohibit may be lawful in some places. It is still not allowed on KitaKore.

Child Safety

Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming or enticement, sexual solicitation involving minors, trafficking or exploitation, attempts to get or share such material, and any content or behavior that puts a minor in danger. We may remove this content and suspend or terminate accounts immediately. Where the law requires it, we report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.

Intimate Images Shared Without Consent

Intimate images or video of a person published without their consent, including material that has been digitally created or altered to show an identifiable person, and distributing or threatening to distribute it. If this has happened to you, use our removal request form. When a request qualifies, we remove the content and any identical copies we know about within 48 hours of receiving it. This is separate from the DMCA process.

Intellectual Property Violations

Content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. For copyright complaints, see our DMCA Policy.

Spam and Email Abuse

Sending unsolicited bulk email; using purchased or scraped mailing lists without the right or consent to do so; using misleading sender details or deceptive subject lines; getting around unsubscribe tools; or adding someone back to a list after they opted out without a lawful basis.

Commerce and Payment Abuse

Using KitaKore to carry out unlawful or fraudulent transactions, to sell prohibited goods or services, or to make transactions that a payment provider's rules forbid where we are required to enforce those rules.

3. Enforcement

PresenceSmith Technology LLC may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, keep evidence, and report conduct to authorities where the law requires. We may do this without advance notice when we need to act quickly.

4. Reporting

To report content or behavior that breaks this policy, email support@kitakore.com. We review reports and take appropriate action. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA process, and intimate images shared without consent follow the removal request process.
